Knife hands scoop down and in striking biceps and then fore-arms
   
Complete with double punch to face

  Attack from front
Pull down on one elbow and push up on opposite elbow while stepping in with same-side foot that is pushing up.
   
Grab raised arm with opposite hand and then elbow strike to face with arm that raised.

  Attack from rear
Turn Clockwise, Right arm circles high trapping attacker's arms
   
Use any of the following strikes to complete - knee to groin, palm heel to face, or hook punch to ribs

  Attcke from front
Grab elbow and pull out to gain leverage then      
Shoot palm heel strike to attacker’s chin.     Strike straight up between attacker's arms
