Inhale and raise your arms.
  As attacker grabs!!
Flop hip to one side and strike the solar plexus with a reverse elbow.
   
Finish with strike to foot, groin, and/or face

Stomp foot
   
Rear head butt
   
Double elbow to rear to break hold
   
Step out with left foot into Horse Stance and grab arm      
Shoulder/hip take down
   
Finish with punch

  Attack from front
Grab side of pants or shirt for leverage/stability.      
Knee strike to groin, knee, or target of opportunity.
  Repeat strike as needed until released
Grab attacker's head, knee strike
