Shoot the back of one hand over the back of the other jamming the fingernails of one of the attacker’s hands into the other.

Raise both hands in an inward sweep, like praying, to break hold. . Choom Bi   Start by raising to outside to confuse attacker
Grab Attacker’s wrists and do a front kick to stomach.      
Release Attacker’s wrists and grab behind Attacker’s head, bring attacker’s head down onto knee strike.
